Return an Online Purchase
Your entire purchase can be returned within 28 consecutive days after the date of your order. Quick processing of your return depends on your returning all items in their initial sealed packages in their unused state. The enclosed parcel needs to contain the following information:

Health and hygiene standards require selected items to be non-refundable except when their faulty condition is proven. These include:

After we receive your returned items, we issue refunds through your original payment system within 10 days. We will get back to you when your refund reaches completion.

Return an In-Store Purchase
Customers who made purchases in any of our retail locations can return unused items or make exchanges starting from the day of purchase for up to 28 days. Send your item to our processing department using its original packaging and keep the products in salable condition while providing proof of purchase. Certain items like products for health and hygiene cannot be returned except in cases of notified faults. These items include:
