We take every measure to deliver goods without damage, but in case your order gets damaged during delivery, please save all documentation and contact us within three working days.

All shortage claims and damage reports need to be submitted to Red Dot Thailand within three working days after the delivery dates.

The delivery driver could send unclaimed parcels back to their local depot whenever recipients fail to take delivery. Redelivery charges may apply.

Changing delivery information after order placement requires extra fees, which extend the delivery duration.
