Nestly Home knows how important it is for your business to get things delivered quickly and safely. This is why we have simple, clear, and open delivery rules. No matter if you own a small store, are an interior designer, or are part of a big supply chain, our logistics team makes sure that your order always gets to you safely and on time.

Who Do We Send To?

Nestly Home is a TRADE ONLY wholesaler, which means that only businesses that have signed up with them can buy from them. Deliveries can be made to business addresses in the UK mainland and a few other places. Our team has to set it up and give it the go-ahead before we can deliver to homes. You need to have a verified trade account to place an order. 

How long it takes to pack and ship

Our warehouse workers will start working on your order within one to two business days of when you place it. We do our best to keep things moving quickly, but there may be a short wait during busy times or sales events. Most of the time, orders made before noon are filled on the same day. 

Delivery Times

Your business can use a lot of different delivery methods:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after shipping Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (only available on certain items) Pallet Delivery: 3–5 business days for large or fragile items Click & Collect: You can only pick up your order from our warehouse by appointment.

Delivery times may be different depending on where you live and how many items you ordered. We send all orders through tracked courier or pallet networks, so you can see everything from start to finish.

Deals on Free Shipping

 Sometimes, when you order from Nestly Home, you may get "free delivery." We will either email these deals to our trade clients who are already registered with us or put them on our website. Most of the time, free shipping only applies to orders over a certain amount, and it might not cover deliveries of large items or pallets.

Sending things to other countries

We are proud to help businesses all over the world. You can send some of the things you buy from Nestly Home to other countries. The size of your order and how long it takes to get through customs will depend on where the export is going. Please get in touch with our export team if you need help with anything, like getting a delivery estimate or the paperwork you need. 

How to Get Your Package

Please check the items before you sign for them when they arrive. Someone at the address where the package is going needs to sign for it. Please look for:

  • Things that aren't there/ Too many things/ Packaging that is broken

You have two days to tell us if there are any problems with your order. Please send our customer service department pictures of the broken things or boxes. This will help us get you a new one or give you your money back. 

Fees for Not Delivering and Delivering Again

You might have to pay a re-delivery fee if no one is home to get the package when you said they would be or if they can't get to it. Please make sure that someone is there when the delivery is supposed to happen and that there is enough room for big deliveries, like pallets. 

Click and Collect Rules

If you want to pick up your order from our warehouse, we'll email you the date and time. You need to show your ID and your order number. Plan all of your collections ahead of time so they don't take too long. 

Backorders and deliveries that don't happen at the same time

We might send the things that are in stock first and put the things that are out of stock on backorder if something is out of stock for a short time. Shipping won't cost you anything extra. When you confirm your order, you'll know if it will come in parts.

UK Mainland Delivery

  • Standard Delivery

    • Free on orders over £50

    • £3.95 on orders below £50

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 working days

  • Next Day Delivery

    • Free on orders over £60

    • £4.95 on orders below £60

    • Customers who order before 9 pm between Monday and Thursday must wait for their Next-Day delivery. The cut-off time for receiving Next-Day delivery extends to 6 pm during Friday through Sunday.

    • The delivery service for UK Mainland customers involves Next Day Delivery.

Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Non-Mainland Areas

  • Standard Delivery

    • Free on orders over £50

    • £12.95 on orders below £50

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 working days

    • Some parts of the Scottish Highlands together with other specific locations may lead to extended shipment durations.

International Shipping

  • Republic of Ireland:

    • The cost of delivery is free for purchases that exceed £1,000 (except VAT).

    • Deliveries under £1000 will receive the charging structure at point of purchase while orders above £1000 carry free delivery (excl. VAT).

  • Europe:

    • The delivery fees computation occurs at checkout based on the specified delivery location. During checkout you must select your delivery address to obtain the shipping costs estimate.

    • Delivery time: Generally 5-10 working days.

  • Other International Destinations:

    • Users can retrieve precise shipping rates by selecting their delivery address during checkout, followed by choosing “Get A Quote”.

    • Customers also have the option of picking up their purchased items directly from our UK warehouse location.

Additional Delivery Services

  • Timed Delivery:

    • During the checkout process, customers can select from AM delivery between 9 am to 1 pm, PM delivery between 1 pm to 5 pm, and Saturday delivery. Time-based delivery services depend on your specific delivery address.

  • Priority Delivery:

    • Users who need prompt delivery should use Priority Delivery to access the quickest shipping option. The priority delivery service does not provide instant processing alongside zero assurance for stock availability.

  • Handball Services:

    • Our Handball Services are available through checkout for those who require help carrying out their delivery. Timings for delivery service will be available on request, yet the service comes with potential additional costs.

Processing & Delivery Timescales

  • Orders sent before 10 am receive processing time of 24-72 hours. Your order will need extra time before completion when we experience high demand.

  • UK Mainland: Dispatched within 24-72 hours.

  • Customers located in Northern Ireland, together with Scottish Highlands alongside Channel Islands and Offshore Islands should expect 3-5 working days for shipment delivery.

  • International Orders: Shipping to Europe requires between 5 to 10 operating days for delivery. Other international destinations may vary.

Please note that we do not process orders over the weekend.

Receiving Your Order

  • Correct Delivery Address: Ensure that your delivery address contains precise information because any mistakes might lead to additional delivery costs. Re-routing together with subsequent re-delivery of a package can result in additional charges when you supply incorrect delivery information.

  • Pallet Deliveries: The driver will place pallets near the most accessible location at delivery points. You must handle the pallet or obtain a tail-lift service to get the pallet inside.

Tracking Your Order

  • Shipment of all orders occurs through tracked and certified-delivery services while scheduled delivery services operate in specified locations. Order dispatch leads to an automated email that features tracking information.

Shortages and Damages

  • We take every measure to deliver goods without damage, but in case your order gets damaged during delivery, please save all documentation and contact us within three working days.

  • Please contact us without delay when you note a missing item by using either phone or email.

  • All shortage claims and damage reports need to be submitted to Red Dot Thailand within three working days after the delivery dates.

Please Note

  • The delivery driver could send unclaimed parcels back to their local depot whenever recipients fail to take delivery. Redelivery charges may apply.

  • Changing delivery information after order placement requires extra fees, which extend the delivery duration.

  • The delivery process requires you to make sure the path remains unblocked to allow access. Report any access limitations before placing an order because this will help prevent extra delivery expenses.
